Basic Subscription

Our basic subscription includes strictly ministerial Agent for Service of Process duties as is required according to section 17701.13 of the California Corporation Code, as well as;

-Notification of Request for information by Shareholders or Government Agencies

-Notification of Parcels Sent

-Quarterly Report of all Parcels

-Client Copy Request

- (REQUIRED) Keeping and maintaining Records of company Books/ Records, Bylaws, Articles of Organization/ Incorporation and Capital Assets.

Secretarial Subscription

 

For $26.13 per month, this is subscription includes all of the service offered in our basic subscription, plus all ministerial duties of a corporate secretary as specified within section 341 of the California Corporations Code which includes;

- Certifying Records.

- Certifying adoption of resolutions.

- Authenticating document by affixing corporate seal.

This subscription also includes: 

-Facilitating of annual meeting.

-Facilitating one special meeting per year.

-Preparing and filing quarterly and annual assessment/ reports/ information documents as is required by the Secretary of State of California.
